LEADERSHIP
A spirit-empowered leader is one who is filled with the power of the Holy Spirit to serve & lead others. We believe being empowered by the Holy Spirit to lead allows us to be genuine in our purpose to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We desire to honor God, be dependent on Him, and always put Him first Through our words, actions, and behavior, we look to reflect the nature of Christ, and in doing so, help women realize their true identities, so that they organically spread the gospel everywhere they go. Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Luke 4:14 “Then Jesus, filled with the power of the Spirit, returned to Galilee, and a report about him spread through all the surrounding country. He began to teach in their synagogues and was praised by everyone”.
CHRIST-CENTERED
TRUTH
To know Christ is everything. He is the ultimate source and our ultimate aim. Our goal is to be image-bearers of Jesus and allow His light to shine forth through our lives. We desire that others see, hear, and have faith in the good news of Jesus Christ. We know organizations and individuals will fail, but Jesus never will, therefore, we look to point to Christ in everything we do and never ourselves or any individual. We want to expose any lies that have been placed on women due to culture, tradition, or wrong doctrine and replace it with the Christ-centered TRUTH of the Word of God. Colossians 1:17 ”And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.”

MINDSET
Our desire is that everyone comes to a right understanding of who our God is - He is not a God of lack, but a God who is able to do more than we can ask. He not only does great things, but great things through each individual person. He is not a respecter of persons, but can and will make Himself known in and through our lives, we just have to be willing and believe for bigger and greater things. When you allow your faith to be greater than your fear, God shows us every time. Ephesians 3:20 - Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
FOR GROWTH & EXCELLENCE
If we desire to see individuals grow, we need to provide opportunities for growth. Often, the lack of opportunity stifles and creates a stumbling block towards progression. We want to make sure all women are given an equal opportunity to grow, succeed, and lead with excellence, as God intended. We then want to be life-long learners that make the investment in our growth. Ephesians 2:10 - For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

PURPOSE-DRIVEN VISION
In Proverbs 29:18 it says, “My people perish because of a lack of vision.” Many people today have no vision for their lives and therefore never accomplish their unique God-given purpose. When we take our eyes off of Jesus, we surround ourselves with earthly goals. But when we fix our eyes on Jesus, His desires become our desires. Ideas, passions, and vision for our lives will come forth, through our purpose. We need to be driven to steward well these dreams and take action in order to accomplish all that God has for us. To spark, as well as nurture, creativity, and innovation in women is our joy. No idea is a bad idea in our books if it’s from God. We aim to be market disruptors with out-of-the-box thinking, discovering, learning, and creating, for the benefit of our community and for the glory of God.

COMMUNITY OVER COMPETITION
In everything we do, we want to be building relationships and being supportive of the women in our community. We want to celebrate each other’s gifts but also our differences and know that we are stronger together and divided we fall. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 - "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing."

PASSIONATE SERVICE
We don’t simply want to be a people who serve just to serve. Rather, we want to serve with commitment, focus, and passion; committed and focused to leading women well and inspiring them to be all they can be. Passion drives purpose. Passionate people tend to be risk-takers, proactive, and visionary. Passion breeds boldness and the ability to take on new challenges. Our passion is to make God known in and through His daughters, and in turn, ignite that same flame within their hearts. John Maxwell writes, “A great leader’s courage to fulfill their vision comes from passion, not position” When passion is fueling you, you will be a servant of action that can help spark change. Romans 12:11 -”Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.”

CATALYST FOR CHANGE
Cultivating leaders of influence and change is at the heart of what we do. Rather than taking a step back, we want to create leaders that step up and move the needle in a transformative direction. We want women to fill in the gaps, call out injustice, break glass ceilings, and challenge social norms all while reflecting the heart of Christ. Matthew 5:14-16 - “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

CELEBRATE WOMEN
God didn’t make a mistake when He made us women. We have been uniquely created by God for one main purpose, and that is to bring glory to Him. We were made on purpose for a purpose and we want to celebrate that! Would our individualism, beauty, and diversity in design unify under godliness and the desire to see God’s kingdom established here on Earth. "Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” Proverbs 31:30
